South Beach USA is in the travel business, not the spying business. We will not ask you for information that does not have a purpose and we will not require information to be disclosed that is not absolutely necessary.  South Beach USA will not sell your personally identifiable information to others.

Privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice shall apply to all information South Beach USA collects or is submitted by the user on the South Beach USA website. To make this notice easy to find; we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

Use of Customer Information
South Beach USA will not sell or rent the information collected on this site to others in ways that differ from what is disclosed in this statement.

General Information - What We Collect and Why

  • South Beach USA may include information about your visit in collective or aggregated data that does not identify you specifically. For example, we may tell our advertisers or investors the number of site visitors or the most popular vacation destinations.
  • Our server recognizes domain names and the pages visited. This data is gathered in an aggregate manner for quality control and improvement of our site.
  • South Beach USA does not market to children nor collect personal information about children.

Individual Information - What we Collect and Why

  • Your name, email address, physical address, phone and fax number, and credit card number are necessary to ensure we are able to make and confirm your reservation. We do not share this personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your reservation or product order.
  • Your contact information is needed in order to notify you in the event of any processing difficulties or unforeseen circumstances fulfilling your reservation or product order. In some cases, paper tickets may need to be mailed to you. The more easily we can contact you, the better we can serve you.
  • South Beach USA will use the information you provide about yourself in order to make the South Beach USA website as customer friendly as possible. We may ask you for more information about your travel interests. In the future this information may be used to help South Beach USA make more applicable travel recommendations. However, this information will always be optional.

Newsletter - What We Collect and Why

  • Your email address ensures you receive the optional newsletter in a timely manner.
  • Your name is optional and tells us who personally to address.
  • Although we do not want you to miss any great travel deals, you can unsubscribe to any South Beach USA newsletter at anytime.

Surveys - What We Collect and Why

  • From time to time South Beach USA conducts voluntary customer surveys, which may ask questions about broad background information and customer preferences. This survey information is completely optional and you are under no obligation to be a part of any survey. The information South Beach USA collects is used to better serve our customers by helping South Beach USA determine our customer's travel needs and improve the satisfaction and use of this site.
  • Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and  you therefore have  a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include demographic information including, but not limited to: age, gender, approximate household income, how you travel, how you make your reservations, and why you travel.
  • Your contact information may be required if a prize is to be awarded to survey respondents either at random or individually. This will enable us to contact you to notify you of details regarding your prize.

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer tied to information about you. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once you close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on your hard drive for an extended period of time. We use cookies to track usage of the Guest path and to serve advertisements through our advertising networks. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. If you reject the cookie, you may still use our website. The only drawback to this is that you will be limited in some areas of our website. Persistent cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our website. Affiliates
South Beach USA is an Affiliate of Hotels.com. An Affiliate is a Web site not owned or operated by Hotels.com, but uses Hotels.com's booking capabilities for processing travel reservations. The Hotels.com name may or may not appear on the Affiliate site.

You may have accessed Hotels.com via an Affiliate site.  Please be aware that South Beach USA is in no way responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.  We encourage you to read the privacy statement of each and every website you visit that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the South Beach USA website.

Sharing
South Beach USA will not share any personally identifiable information with other companies, other than the items stated above that are required to complete your reservation transaction. If no reservation is made, no information will be shared.

Deliberate misuse of the complaints facility is not permitted. If you persist in doing this action may be taken against your account.

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
