Barbara Gillman Gallery has featured the
work of artists and photographers from both South Florida and around
the country since its opening in 1979. The gallery’s exhibits have
included contemporary American and Latin American painting,
sculpture, ceramics, works on paper, mixed media, photography, its
most recent being a collection of images by photographer Herman
Leonard of jazz greats such as Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington,
Louis Armstrong, and Billie Holiday.
