Jazid offers the best of both worlds for the true music lover. The downstairs lounge boasts live
jazz, soul and blues from talented artists like Nicole McCloud, DJ Le Spam and the Spam
Allstars and Motown man Bobby Stringer.
Upstairs in the DJ's den, the scene
moves from laidback tunes to an electronic haven with deep house. The glowing blue ambiance and oversized
couches of the den will get you in the mood for dancing, drinking or simply mingling. Jazid, the brain-child of former model
Michelle
McKinnon, may be one of the smaller spaces on the South Beach club
scene, but its track record (nearly seven years running) proves this lounge has enough funk to keep its local
fans in musical bliss for years to come.

Downstairs
is where the band is which was cool and upstairs is really laid
back which has hip-hop and house music which was a plus. didn't
pay to get in. the people who worked there was really cool. I'll
be back there when I'm back in SOBE

Jazid is a
quality place to head on a night when you simply want a chill
night. The people who work there are awesome, and the patrons
are typically 20s-30s who are just looking to have a good time
without the "club" atmosphere/cover. Jazid does have live music
which is always a nice feature.

Great place

One of my
favorite spots in South Beach. A great place for incredible
music. Seating is limited and décor is bland but overall the

The bar seemed
very incomplete, as it was not stocked with good, common beers
(no corona, no dark ale!). Rude Hostess and waitress. But the
live music is excellent, and the
clientele are interesting.

Met
some cool dudes from South Beach who
took us there. We would not have
gone there as it looks
very insignificant from the outside, but it's
a little treasure. The talent "music wise" from the live bands
is fantastic, deffo worth a visit.
