What could be better than lounging on a waterbed with a view? The Townhouse opens
its rooftop lounge Wednesday through Saturday nights for people looking to
imbibe a creative cocktail while taking in the Miami Beach scenery from high
above. The red and white retro décor combined with the view of the deco
architecture that is Miami Beach tricks the mind into thinking you have
entered a different time upon stepping off the elevator
(keep walking to the right). The rooftop not
only offers a great view, but also stocks a full bar, and is scattered with
waterbeds for luxurious lounging while sipping on one of the signature
cocktails, such as the Rooftop Punch.
Friday nights are hosted by Erica Freshman and Zack Bush, and bring in a
young, chill crowd looking to relax under the stars in a posh setting. The
rooftop lounge is both romantic and stimulating, making it the ideal place
to bring a date, or a great spot to meet your next one.

Review:
The Roof is a
great place to talk and feel the Miami vibe. We got there at
about 10:00 PM on a Friday and was able to secure a waterbed.
Great concept friendly staff and bartender and safe
environment. Highly recommend this place to take a date or just
to hang out with some friends. The view is nice.

Review:
Cool views,
friendly staff, comfy water beds and a well stocked and fairly
inexpensive bar make the Roof at Townhouse a perfect start to a
night out on South Beach. With the
music at a reasonable volume, you can chat the night away while
enjoying the almost year-round breeze atop this secluded oasis
before returning to the crowded clubs and other Miami Beach
hotspots.
