Wet Willie's on
Ocean Drive

It's impossible to walk down
Ocean Drive at night and not notice Wet Willie's—it's
just one of those places. The prime location on
the corner of Ocean and 8th Street is the strip's
focal point any time after sun-down and all day
long on Saturdays and Sundays.
The second level deck at Wet
Willie's makes for great people watching while you're
enjoying one of their atomic cocktails, and when
things get a little too hectic, as they often do
in South Beach, the ocean is only a quick walk across
Lummus Park.

Ahhh.
Wet Willies, this is the place to "get your
froze on" in hot Miami beach. Not
a club but more like a hang out for people
watchers as the 2nd floor deck sits literally
over ocean dr. A huge wall of frozens and
custom mixes is enough to give every man
woman and child brain freeze forever. Oh
yeah, there's food too!

i made my first trip to florida an made
it Miami.. my friend took me out to hang
down by the beach.. we walked across this
spot an it was popping like it was a holiday,
but it was mid january ...lol
So me being the party animal that i am,
i said lets go there first.. Well all i
can say is, if it was not for him i would
have had to be like one of the drinks an
"CALL A CAB"...LOL .just kidding. That drink
was wicked, but other then that the whole
vibe was cool...

You
have to try the "call a cab triple play."
Wet Willies is off the hook and would highly
recommend for all to try. Space is very
small, I think they should expand for the
amount of crowd they get. Food is great
and the view is great.

drinks were great. Had the "Call a
Cab" and the "Superman". They knocked
us on our ass - literally. Get a large
and you get a free cup to take back home.
Great spot to chill. The staff was
very nice and the place was busy, busy,
busy. Only bad thing was one bathroom
- so do not wait until your eyes are yellow
to go.

The vibe was good, the music could have
been better. But the drinks were worth their
$7 and I got a good hangover. That "Call-a-Cab"
had my ass 4getting what cabs looked like.

doubt - I am stopping at this place every
time I'm in Miami. It had a very cool laidback
retro vibe. I am not usually a fan

meets some guys from Tampa Bay, that were
cool. Also it was alot of celebs there.
DJ Clue, Jerome Bettus, Shamar Moore and
Malik Yoba. GO figure, the time I decided

They do the trick. Call A Cab with a good
burger from the Wet Willies is wonderful!
My only beef is they didn't have pickles..
