Like they said in the movies, "If You Build It -
They Will Come..." These guys came from New
York and they know how to party. They brought
deep pockets of cash and created a top-level
nightclub and performance space in a 1930's
warehouse. Professional lighting, top quality
sound equipment, huge stage... And just like
"A Field of Dreams," the bands started coming. If
you haven't experienced the club scene in Downtown
Miami yet, you won't believe your ears. This place is
