Our View... You may think a hotel built in the colonial style would be out of place in South Beach, but according to Condé Nast Traveler's Hot List 2010, The Betsy Hotel fits right in with an easy style and luxury reminiscent of old Florida. And of course in South Beach it doesn't hurt to have a very exclusive bar/lounge on the property in the form of the downstairs B-Bar Lounge. Our View... The Savoy is an upscale, all-suite hotel with a beautiful beach area adjoining the pool. Features one and two bedroom suites with a serene design and one of the most gorgeous pool areas in all of South Beach that has served as the backdrop for numerous music videos. Our View... The Hilton Bentley Miami South Beach hotel gained fame as the South Beach home of the Kardashian sisters during their "Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami" TV show. Our View... The Park Central Hotel is located on Ocean Drive directly across the street from the beach and is a short walk from South Beach's nightclub district. (In the 1940s, a very young Desi Arnaz and his band provided New Year's Eve entertainment in the lounge.)  Continue Review »

Its pool is surrounded by glass block and neon bars and its dance floor and outdoor stage are often filled with live entertainment. Our View... The King & Grove Tides is in the center of South Beach and is the largest hotel on the Ocean Drive strip. Huge rooms (the smallest is 550 square feet) stretch from front to back. The pool in the back of the hotel leaves a little to be desired, but the two gourmet restaurants—La Marea and The Terrace, offer the finest dining you'll find on Ocean Drive.  Continue Review »
