Angler's Condo-Hotel, to be situated at
634 Washington Ave. will bring new life to an old Miami Beach
landmark. Formerly the location for the Angeler's Hotel, this
project is being headed up by designer Alan Schulman, developers
Gregg Covin and Kevin Venger and interior designer J. Wallace Tutt
III of Versace Mansion fame. The property will consist of five,
two-story, low-rise town homes that feature 182 units ranging from
460 to 1,070 square feet. Residents can look forward to small
studios, as well as one and two bedroom suites. Onsite amenities
include a heated outdoor pool. The property will also double as a
five-star resort. Angler's is slated to open by mid 2007. |
