Apogee, a project of The Related Group of
Florida, is set to land at the southern tip of South Beach in 2007.
This high-end building will feature 68 residences among 22 stories.
The exclusive building will offer two floor plans (3,149 or 4,227
square feet) with four units per floor. Each unit will feature both
city and water views and will be designed to the residence’s
personal preferences. While each condo will be unique, they will all
boast 10-feet-high ceilings, double slabs between floors for noise
reduction and state-of-the-art kitchens and bathrooms. |
