Caribbean, located at 3737 Collins Avenue
are the product of architect Kobi Karp and designer
Christopher Ciccone. Incorporating the
Caribbean Hotel into the new design, the
project will feature 103 units in two towers, one six and one 17
stories tall. The units will consist of one, two and three bedrooms,
while penthouses will offer four bedrooms. The oceanfront property
at the Caribbean is scheduled for completion in fall 2007. |
