Fairfax South Beach is a
fractional-ownership development consisting of 53 units scheduled to
open in the fall of 2007. Designer Todd Oldham has teamed up with
Chef Tony Mantuano of Chicago's Spiaggia Restaurant, and in
association with developer Larry Levy, are producing the luxury
boutique property. Fairfax will include Enoteca Spiaggia, an
interpretation of Chef Mantuano's Chicago restaurant. |
