The Flamingo South Beach, an evolution of Miami
Beach’s former Morton Towers, is today one of Florida’s largest
condo conversions. Residing at 1504 Bay Road in South Beach and
totaling 1688 residences, the bay front property consists of three
joined buildings, Building A, B and C. Building A houses 500 units
and is currently for sale. Buildings B and C will be available for
purchase in 2007.
