is a condo-hotel from Turnberry located at the famed 4400 block of
Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. As part of the historic 1954
landmark, the Fontainebleau, the property offers stellar views of
Miami Beach, the ocean and of course, the infamous hotel's grounds.
Standing 18-stories tall, Fontainebleau III encompasses 331
residences in the form on junior, one and two bedroom suites ranging
from 550 to 1,000 square feet. Amenities include same services as
the hotel for homeowners, as well as a private owner's lounge. The
