Avenue in Miami Beach, is an 82-unit condo
with two and three bedroom units from
1,400 to 2,040 square feet. The 20-story building was developed by
WCI Communications with architect Fullerton-Diaz and builder Coastal
Construction. With six units per floor, residents can enjoy
flow-through apartments that offer views of both the ocean and the
Intercoastal. Scheduled for completion in 2006, Mosaic also offers
private elevators, a gym and an ocean room for public recreation. |
