Nobe Bay, at 6700 Indian Creek Drive, is
a 16-story project named for the North Beach district of Miami
Beach. Offering 98 units, Nobe Bay is slated for completion in 2007.
Developer Merco Group and architect Kobi Karp are behind the
project, which offers one, two and three bedroom units ranging from
865 to 1,975 square feet. Seven penthouses and five cabanas will
also be available at Nobe Bay. Units will feature bay and city views
and there will be one elevator for every two units. A gym and spa
will also be onsite. |
