Paradiso, at 2399 Collins
Avenue is a beachfront
condo-hotel in Miami Beach. Originally constructed in 1969 and
formerly known as Roney Palace, this complex will receive a complete
makeover scheduled for completion in fall 2006. Behind the project
are developer CG Florida Properties LLc, as well as Stephen G.
Stephen B. Jacobs Group Pc/Andi Pepper Interior Design. The 17-
story project will offer 259 condos and 324 hotel suites. The hotel,
Hotel Gansevoort, will occupy the first 8 floors, while floors 9
through 17 will be for residents only. Residents can choose from
studios, one, two and three bedroom units that will offer the same
services provided to hotel guests, including room service, dining
and spa treatments. Other amenities for the property include a
rooftop lounge, sky pool and available membership to the exclusive
Gansevoort Beach Club. |
