The Ritz-Carlton Club & Residences South
Beach, which began life as the magnificent Seville Beach Hotel,
is scheduled for occupancy in 2009, and will include two new towers
to house the 86 new private residences. The development will offer
five-star hotel amenities and services in a gorgeous ocean-front
setting. Units will consist of one, two and three-bedroom floorplans.
Each Club Residence entitles owners to a one-twelfth, deeded
interest priced from approximately $100,000 to over $500,000.
Plans have also been released for an additional tower project
containing 55
