St. Regis Resort & Residences, Bal Harbour
is a development of The Related Group and Starwood Hotels, and is a
five star, 27-story project containing 268 ultra-luxury residences,
36 hotel condos and 182 executive hotel suites. Units range is size
from 1,718 square feet for one-bedroom units, to 3,884 square feet
for a three-bedroom unit. All units have 10-foot ceilings, European
kitchens, and 11-foot wide balconies. Also on-site will be the
25,000 square foot Remede Spa. The St. Regis is located directly
across the street from the Bal Harbour Shops. |
