W South Beach, at 2201 Collins
Avenue in
Miami Beach, is an oceanfront condo-hotel from Starwood
Hotels' W brand and The Related Group. The architect for the project
is Nicholas Brosch & Costas Kondylis, while development will be
handled by RFR Holdings Tri Star Capital and The Related
Group.
Yabu Pushelberg has also signed on as W’s designer.
Slated for
completion in 2008, W South Beach will boast 50 stories and 511
units. Residents can choose from studios, one and two bedroom units
in sizes that include 636 to 1,722 square feet. Amenities for W
South Beach will include two pools, as well as a 10,000 square foot
spa from Bliss Spa. |
