Over
the next five years, MDM Development Group, in tandem with a world-renowned team
of architects, interior designers and urban planners and
landscape architects, will fully transform a 6-acre parcel of parking
lots into Metropolitan Miami, a vibrant, diverse mix of residential, retail,
cultural and commercial activity unlike anything Miami has ever known.
Met 1, the development's initial
residential component, will consist of 447 luxury units, including lofts
featuring striking 20-foot ceilings, one-, two- and three-bedroom tower and
penthouse units.
The curved, L-shaped 40-story tower will feature magnificent,
unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the City of Miami. Acting as the catalyst
