186-unit Mondrian will be designed around an Arts theme. Described as "Bohemian
with a 21st century twist," it will encompass studios used for the creation of
art, lounges to celebrate art, and galleries to showcase art. Lofts, one & two
bedroom units are priced from the $250s to the $500s. Reservations are being
