St.
Regis Resort & Residences
is a 26-story oceanfront complex
which will soon be constructed
on the current site of the Sheraton Bal Harbour.
Construction on the St. Regis
is scheduled to begin by the
end of 2007. The development will
contain studio units
ranging from 781 to 839
square feet, with some units in the 1,295 to 1,488
square foot range. St. Regis Resort & Residences
will be located right on the Atlantic Ocean
and across
the street from the exclusive Bal Harbour Shops, which
includes over 100 fine stores
such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton,
Saks Fifth Avenue, and Neiman Marcus.
Prices at the St. Regis
Resort & Residences start at approximately $1.2
million.
