Art Basel Miami Beach has just released the following update to its schedule of events:
KARLA DASCAL – KARLA CONCEPTUAL EVENT EXPERIENCES
Fueled by her imagination, passion and dedication, and inspired by design, architecture, fashion and beauty, no one makes a statement like event architect Karla Dascal and KARLA Conceptual Event Experiences. From the space, to the illumination, florals, culinary experience, custom-designed furniture, high-tech audio and visual stimulation, all the way down to the energy in the room and the most precise attention to details, KARLA Conceptual Event Experiences creates a sense of ambiance developed through a concept rather than the typical thematic event approach. KARLA Conceptual Event Experiences will arrange several exhibitions and celebrations for a range of clients from art to fashion to business during Art Basel Miami Beach this year including:
Sunday, December 2nd –Sunday, December 9th - Anthony Meier Exhibition
Wednesday, December 5th – Pucci Dinner (by invitation, with an installation by Gerard Cholot – hosted by Delphine Arnault, Laudomia Pucci and Matthew Williamson)
Thursday, December 6th – Pucci Brunch (by invitation, with an instillation by Gerard Cholot – hosted by several local and out of town socialites)
Friday, December 7th - Art Nexus/ USB/Flagstone Event
Friday, December 7th – Goldman Sachs Event

MASTERS MYSTERY ART SHOW AND COCKTAIL AT THE RITZ-CARLTON, SOUTH BEACH
Hundreds of drawings, collected from artists, celebrities and other VIPs, will be sold for $50.00 each at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, to benefit Florida International University’s Masters in Art program. The mystery element: the artist of each piece is unveiled only at the time of purchase. Past celebrity artists have included Madonna and her daughter Lourdes, Roberto Cavalli, Gloria Estefan, Andy Garcia and Whoopi Goldberg. PUCCI & GERARD CHOLOT
Pucci will host two events at a private home celebrating Art Basel, both featuring a stunning installation by renowned visual artist Gerard Cholot. A dinner will take place on Wednesday, December 5th (by invitation, hosted by Delphine Arnault, Laudomia Pucci and Matthew Williamson), and a brunch will take place on Thursday, December 6th (by invitation, hosted by several local and out of town socialites).
