Visitors cool enough to brave the heat of a Miami August will find generous discounts at some of the top South Florida Restaurants during the Miami Spice Event. The Greater Miami Tourist Bureau features more than 90 restaurants this year who were happy to promote a 3 course prix fixe menu for lunch ($22) and dinner ($35)
