Danny Devito Launches New Limoncello Line
Following the successful opening of DeVito South Beach in June, Danny DeVito returned to Miami Beach for the exclusive South Florida launch of his premium Limoncello line of after-dinner liquor.
With cocktail shaker in hand, Danny hosted the nation’s first sneak preview and tasting for the media during a private cocktail reception at his SoFI restaurant. Joining Danny were partners David Manero and Michael Brauser, who the Italian Chop House concept restaurant.
Danny DeVito’s Premium Limoncello will be available in select markets this fall, and is produced exclusively using lemons from Sorrento, Italy where they are harvested and immediately processed in a distillery on the Sorrento peninsula.
“My premium Limoncello is the Limoncello of choice by the people of Sorrento, Italy,” says DeVito. “The lemons are revered the finest in the world, nestled on the Amalfi coast in magnificent southern Italy. My Limoncello will surely excite your palate and stimulate your taste buds.”
Renowned restaurateur David Manero has employed a well-traveled culinary team, spearheaded by Executive Chef Francis Casciato, who brings a traditional Italian Chop House concept to DeVito South Beach with a unique array of the freshest ingredients for bold and contrasting flavors and textures in his recipes that reflect the season.
With a prolific track record in the restaurant business, coupled with the celebrity touch from Danny DeVito, Manero and his business partner Michael Brauser have created a new brand of fine dining in Miami Beach.
