Where’s the Beef? | Summer in the City

lamb200.jpgSouth Beach sizzles and we’re ready to grab a knife and fork to slice into this one! Some say that the last thing South Beach needs right now (besides another Italian restaurant), is another over-priced steakhouse. Feeling the heat of rising gas prices, lighter diets and tighter wallets, the clever folks at Raphael’s on Lincoln Road are casting about for a summer promotion that will lure the carnivores out of their air-conditioned caves and back onto the mall for a well-done feast.

Casting aside more discrete descriptions, they’ve introduced “Meat Market” - a summer dining menu that’s as hot and heavy as it sounds. If you’re craving something thick and juicy, hit Raphael’s before June 30th to enjoy a full dinner of filet mignon ($28.90), New York strip steak ($23.70), lamb chops ($28.80), rib-eye steak ($28.90) or steak and fries ($15.60) which includes a salad, house wine, potatoes, veggies and even a crème brulée for dessert.

Now THAT’S an offer we can sink our teeth into…

Raphael’s 530 Lincoln Road 305-673-1139.
