Ahnvee Restaurant Coming to Washington Avenue
Three nightclub locations in the 600 block of Miami Beach’s Washington Avenue are being combined to accommodate a new restaurant/lounge called Ahnvee. The locations are 619, 621 and 623 Washington, and occupy an area of South Beach that has been a problem for city officials for many years due to its rowdy late-night activities.
The restaurant will be a “New Orleans” style establishment with live jazz music. Under the Miami Beach city code Ahnvee will be allowed to operate 24-hours a day, however alcohol service must cease between 5AM and 8AM, and dancing is also restricted from 5AM to 10AM.
Ahnvee is being produced by BGM Management LLC whose principals are Al Boatright of Hamilton, New Jersey, and Brionne Gillion and Kareem Memarian of Plantation, Florida.
Numerous nightclubs have occupied these three locations for decades but the most recent ones were Templo, Zafiro/Club Deep, and Ruby Lounge.
