Delano Hotel | Sushi by the Sea
Delano presents “Sushi by the Sea,” a special maki roll menu available while guests drink and relax by the water salon at Delano every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from 8:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m.
“Sushi by the Sea” features three jumbo maki rolls: Shrimp Tempura-crab meat stick, cucumber, masago, mango and avocado ($19.00); Vegetarian Roll-spinach, asparagus, mango, kampyo, squash, tomato & radicchio with a sesame ponzu dressing ($13.00); and Spicy Tuna & Cooked Mahi Mahi-olives, almonds, raisins, rice & nori with a spicy mayonnaise ($18.00).
If it’s too tropical for you to eat poolside, try the Delano’s Blue Sea, the ultimate eat-in kitchen which seats guests at a 25-foot communal table. Located in the indoor lobby of the hotel, Blue Sea offers an extensive and innovative selection of fresh seafood, caviar and sushi. (Blue Sea’s menu is much different from the more limited ‘Sushi by the Sea’ menu.)
