The hotel is located a short walk from the American Airlines Arena, and just a short drive from SunLife Stadium, EPIC is also treating sports fans staying at the hotel to its pre-game nightly hosted wine hour, as well as lunch and dinner specials, and pre- and post-game specialty cocktails at critically-acclaimed, ocean-inspired and chef-driven premium seafood restaurant, Area 31, a Kimpton restaurant. For Heat Games:
·Pre-game menu to include an appetizer, entrée and dessert at $34 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Appetizers include choice of Salty Snacks and a Draft Beer, Simple Greens with Pork Belly Sliders, or Butternut Squash Soup. Entrees include choice of specially-prepared and savory dishes of Roast Chicken, Grilled Hangar Steak, Crispy Pork Belly Spice Crusted Mahi, and Pesto Beef Chili.
·Post-game menu of late night snacks served begging immediately after the game until Midnight are priced between $5-$9 each, and include Croquettes, Shrimp Guac, Papas Fritas, Tuna Tartar, Pork Belly Sliders, Shrimp Ceviche, Fish Fry, and Lomo & Chorizo with Fig Jam.
