Miami Beach’s Contribution to World Culture: The Edible Bikini
In anticipation of Ed Hardy Swimwear’s catwalk-strut at the 5th annual Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim, Sea & Sun Swimwear will unveil Miami’s first edible bikini at SUSHISAMBA restaurant on Lincoln Road on July 18 at 11:00 AM.
The ultimate in fashion fantasy, a savory, two-piece edible replica of the 2010 “Trellis” suit will be unveiled on a basking beauty soaking up the sun of Lincoln Road. Inspired by the urban streets and influenced by Japan, Brazil and Peru, “oh so sweet” tropical hues represented by dual-colored beets, dark hues by blueberries and greens by banana leave accents.
Nothing like a sexy mix of food and fashion to get you in the mood for Ed Hardy’s Swimwear Fashion Show at the Raleigh Hotel at 7pm.
