For those looking for a sophisticated alternative to South Beach, Noir Bar, Conrad Miami’s chic, intimate black boîte, located on the 25th floor of the hotel, adjacent to its superb restaurant, Atrio, is now open for business.
The 40-seat, black lacquered room with comfortable tan and black leather seating, and spectacular views of downtown Miami, is a great spot to unwind with cocktails and an impressive bar menu, created by Conrad Miami’s chef de cuisine, Michael Gilligan.

A delectable bar menu by Chef Gilligan features sushi of the day, yuca fritas with mango-habanera dipping sauce, ginger fried calamari, duck confit and vegetable spring rolls with an orange salad and plum sauce, tuna tataki, baked crab cake with grilled corn and chipotle aioli, and plantain chips with papaya salsa, priced from $7.00 - $15.00 per plate. The Bar also offers a signature Noir martini, a heady mix of Blavad black vodka, blue curacao, peach schnapps and sweet & sour or any one of 15 other martinis ($12) and four champagne cocktails ($15).
