Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, South Beach

rc-sb.jpgStrong sales of one-bedroom condos at The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, South Beach at Collins Avenue and 29th Street in Miami Beach have prompted developers to embark on an additional phase of the project.

Complimenting the initial 86 private Ritz-Carlton Residences, the 55-residence expansion will offer 36 one-bedroom, 17 two-bedroom and two three-bedroom residences with prices starting in the $700,000s and sizes ranging from 900 to 2,400 square feet.

Residence owners will enjoy a full-service spa, swimming pools, a fine dining restaurant and a beautiful Miami Beach oceanfront experience.

For those seeking maintenance free second home ownership, the development will also offer 45 fractional Ritz-Carlton Club residences in the restored Seville Beach Hotel.

Construction is scheduled to begin in mid 2007, with completion planned for late 2009.
