The Dragon Room at China Grill

The intriguing culinary adventures found in the infamous China Grill restaurant have now expanded with the new intimate and seductive Dragon Room, a private area within the restaurant which seats up to 40 guests.

Traditional in its foundations with China Grill influences, the new Dragon Room specializes in sushi created by Japanese masters showcasing local ingredients with innovative flavor combinations and artful presentations.

A giant, one-of-a-kind Dragon with beaming eyes hangs in the middle of the room with a large communal table seating up to 14 people directly below. Hammered iridescent stained copper tabletops are spread throughout the room along with Murano glass fixtures, china and glassware.

To get you in the mood, an array of signature "Saketinis" are available,  including:

Dragon Saketini
Sake, Absolut and freshly brewed green tea.

Lemongrass Saketini
Lemongrass infused sake, Absolut Citron, and pineapple juice.

Ginger Pear Saketini
Ginger infused sake, Stoli, pear liqueur and pear nectar.

SOBE Saketini
Sake, Pear Liqueur, apple and watermelon pucker.

Dragon Room Zen Sai appetizers include Duck, Fig and Scallion Satay, Crispy Salt & Pepper Shrimp with palm sugar and lime, Vietnamese Shrimp Cakes with herb salad and sambal, Preserved Black Cod and Miso with sea urchin roe and China Grill crispy spinach, Kumamotto Oysters and Foie Gras, and Octopus and Hayashi-Wakame Seaweed Salad with Kimchee dressing.

Maki Rolls include: Havana Roll with yellow tail snapper, rum, coconut, avocado and red tobiko; Shrimp Roll with seared shiitake, cucumber, asparagus, and mango; BBQ Eel Roll with cucumber, scallion and red tobiko cream cheese. Futomaki (Jumbo Rolls) include the Dragon Roll with tempura shrimp, crabmeat stick, mayo, masago, cucumber, mango and avocado, Spider Roll with fried soft shell crab, avocado, lettuce, spicy mayo, Japanese pickle and eel sauce, and the Screaming Roll with Scallops Ceviche, smoked salmon, avocado, chili pepper and masago plus many other choices.
