launched under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Aaron
Brooks who hails from Australia and recently served at
the Four Seasons Boston. The crowning touch on a
multi-million dollar renovation of the Miami property,
EDGE Steak & Bar offers Miami foodies a delicious
variety of meat and seafood on a menu that showcases
some of South Florida's finest fruits and vegetables.
The breathtaking 3,300 square foot dining room
encompasses an indoor area, a breezy terrace as well as
two private event rooms for parties. A brand new
poolside patio provides sweeping views of Downtown Miami
from communal dining tables and secluded romantic
retreats.
Opened in November 2011, dinner at
EDGE starts with a medley from the raw bar; a seasonal
selection that may include Florida stone crab claws,
oysters, shrimp and a lobster cocktail napped in Key
Lime creme fraiche.
Restaurant Chef James King crafts a
variety of meat and seafood tartares as well as crispy
pork belly with a sweet corn puree. Entrees are sized
for every appetite with steaks, seafood, pork, and lamb
available in small, medium and large cuts. House
specials include a pan-seared duck breast served with
figs and roast yams and a juicy EDGE burger topped with
Vermont cheddar and house cured pickles. For a
Miami-inspired finish, choose the Coffee & Doughnut
dessert - mini cinnamon doughnuts topped with a
chocolate cortadito espresso foam.
