We started out with the crab cake and lobster cheesecake,
both a bit rich for my liking, but tasty all the same. For my
entree I ordered the seared ahi tuna with roasted red pepper vinaigrette,
fingerling potatoes, heirloom
tomatoes and haricot vert. My date engorged himself in the
28-day-aged rib eye steak with cayenne butter and caramelized
onion mashed potatoes. Everything was to die for. Full of flavor
and cooked to perfection. A bottle of Chateneauf du Pape
complimented the meal beautifully and after three or four bites we
were stuffed.
Finally it was time for the highlight of the
evening: dessert. One mouthwatering chocolate soufflé dusted with
white powered sugar and one light and tart Key Lime pie, both good
for two bites each and we were sipping our coffee like two pigs in
a blanket. The food was so rich and full flavor every bite was
like a party in my mouth.

Review: This
is the third time we have gone to Emeril's it was our Anniversary dinner
on Dec 15,2007. From the moment you walk in your treated like a queen.
As I sat down and the waitress Dalia came over and I was already having
my sour apple martini. Dalia was a great waitress with the rest of the
crew. This restaurant really knows how to make you feel great the food
is awesome. I highly highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The
service just gets better every time we have gone. |

Review: My
boyfriend and I loved Emeril's! I was slightly disappointed in the
atmosphere, but I forgot all about it when I started eating the food! We
each had an appetizer, an entree, a drink, coffee and we shared dessert
and the price was not at all bad. We live in DC and have paid more for
lower quality meals! We even at brunch there the next day... it was just
a delicious! |

Review: I
am the manager of a fine dining establishment and my wife is a Chef.
Emeril's does an outstanding job of getting every little detail right.
The food was cooked to perfection, and the service did everything you
would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. It is pricier than most
but you do get what you pay for. Every bit of our meal was perfect, and
we've already made our reservations for New Year's Eve. |

Review: Overbearing
service staff try to make up for the factory like ambience by
remembering your name as though their life depended on it. It's about as
intimate as an airport runway [standing outside and underneath the
plane]. The place is pure hype. Stay away.. so many more pleasant places
in the area. |

Review: The
restaurant is really nice inside and the service was good, but my
husband & I won't go back. It wasn't anything spectacular. And it as
expensive! If you go, only go to the bar for a drink and the banana
cream pie. It was awesome! |

Review: Great
place for dinner. We
had a 7 course dinner and everything was so heavenly. Emeril was there
and he was cooking and came out to see everyone, he autographed a copy
of the menu for me. Also Shaq was eating at the table behind us and
shook lots of hands. The night I will remember forever. The staff was
great too, not hard to get a reservation and
our waiter told us the top stuff on the menu then told us about Emeril
and Shaq being there that night. |

Review: After
reading about Emeril's on this site my husband and I had to try it out -
and it was every bit as wonderful as people say it is. The service was
flawless, portion size was on the smaller side (as most gourmet places
are) and we were delighted with the bottle of wine that our waiter
recommended (they have quite a list). Even though we were stuffed to the
gills we had to try the key lime pie. Not the best I've ever had, but
still scrumptious. If you have never eaten at one of Emeril's
establishments you have to give this place a try. |
