Food Café Design District trendsetters flock to Food Café for the delicious, healthy eats with culinary flair. Chef Lorena Garcia wanted her restaurant to be reminiscent of the friendly neighborhood café, with food that is out of the world, and she succeeded tenfold. Food Café boasts a hip, comfortable dining room alongside intimate courtyard seating. The interior portrays warm earth tones and soft Latin music. Garcia also tries to infuse Latin flavors throughout all of her dishes, such as the Citrus Marinated Grilled Calamari and the Cilantro Lime Charred Steak. The prices are friendly, and so is the service.
