The Forge Restaurant & Wine Bar has
reopened after almost a year of renovations and revamps, and owner Shareef Malnik has assigned
Executive Chef Dewey LoSasso to create and execute the restaurant’s new
Progressive American, French and Steakhouse menu.
Technology meets oenophilia at The Forge’s glam
new Wine Bar which houses an enomatic wine system containing 80 bottles by
the glass to be sampled with a Forge Wine Card.

Review: Atmosphere is exciting and yet laid
back. Food is the best. I thought I would be taking a lot home, but
instead I came home thoroughly stuffed because I couldn't stop eating it
was so good! Started with the calamari salad....yum! Had the duck. So
good! Sauce it amazing. I want that recipe! Recommend the forge to
everyone if you are looking for a great restaurant. |

Review: Forge came through. Risotto was the best
I have ever had (what is she talking about?). Really! Went with some
friends and we sort of shared with each other. Began with the sampler
appetizer so we had a little of everything. Favorite? Calamari salad.
Obviously have to have the supersteak. There's a reason this place is
know for it's steaks. So good. |

Food was terrible. Appetizer undercooked, risotto gummy, beef tasted
like gas. Desserts old and stale. YUK! |

agree with the previous review. Forge is a great restaurant. I know it's
known for its steaks (and they should be because I tried my friend's and
it melted in my mouth), but I got the salmon and it was the best... I'm
gonna say that this is the best restaurant I've been to in a while... |

Review: Best
restaurant in Miami by far! From food, service, to atmosphere -
everything is top notch! Been there twice (June 2007, April 2008) and
both times were equally good... Seafood lovers must try the Lobster
Thermidor.. best dish ever! It is expensive ($100 for the lobster) but
worth every penny! Best place to have a nice, romantic dinner. Fave
waitress is Mariama.. she's lovely! |

feel that the food and the entire Forge is great. I had dinner there on
a Wednesday evening and it was really fun because of the music they play
down there and also Club Glass next door. I would recommend The Forge to
all of my friends. |

restaurant was unbelievable starting with the ornate décor, sexy and
sophisticated clientele, savory food and 6-star service. I definitely
recommend this Hot spot for classy folk visiting South Beach. |

you walk into the Forge you'll see it's
absolutely awesome. The ambiance transports
you immediately. It was by far the best service we had while visiting
South Florida. We were also impressed by the extensive and eclectic wine

first thing that you should know is that the Forge is not located in
South Beach - it's a little north on 41st Street,
but well worth the short trip. The décor
of this place is like something out of a movie
set. Absolutely wonderful. We had a great time...words just don't do it
justice. |
