Grazie Italian Cuisine has been known for years as one of
South Florida's most elegant restaurants for fine Italian cuisine. Their
recent move to South Beach from Pinecrest,
where they already earned a superb following,
was a gamble, it is the residents of the Beach
that won. Owners Moshe Petel and Spurgeon
Solomon believe the food, service and atmosphere should all be done from
the heart, and this belief is evident in the white-linen service, the A+ atmosphere and the delicious Northern Italian cuisine.
The full bar and
Italian wine list combined with menu offerings such as Carpaccio di Tono
(yellow fin sushi-grade tuna topped with roaded pepper couluee, lemon
vinaigrette and grazie relish) and Ravioli di Pesce (Homemade ravioli
stuffed with fresh seafood in a pink lobster sauce) ensure Grazie is a
one-of-a-kind experience that is sure to be a local favorite for years
to come.

Review: My fiancé
and I go to South Beach every year and are getting married there this
February. We ate at Grazie last time we were down and it was a wonderful
experience. The staff is so attentive to your needs and the food is
delicious. We will definitely go again. |

year and a half ago my fiancé and I (with our three teenage children)
were married on the beach across from 8th and Ocean. I had chosen
Grazie (based on reviews I read) for our celebratory meal after the
ceremony. When we arrived still in our wedding outfits, the owners were
so excited that we chose their restaurant to celebrate our occasion.
They treated us like royalty. Everything about our experience at Grazie
was magical. The staff bent over backwards to make it perfect. The
food of course was outstanding too. A special dessert plate was
presented with CONGRATULATIONS written in chocolate. An evening we will
never forget for many reasons and thanks to Grazie a place that we will
drive two hours to celebrate our anniversaries |

Review: Amazing.
Javier (the Manager) personally gave food and wine recommendations, took
our order, checked on us frequently (as did the rest of the staff) and
chatted with us about the restaurant and its history. The service was
impeccable, the food amazing (get the chop salad and the chocolate lava
cake, and try the pumpkin pasta if they have it on special) and I will
go back every time I am in Miami. |

reading all the many rave reviews, we looked forward to a lovely
experience. The table was very small. So small that after ordering a
bottle of wine, and a bottle of water, we were nearly out of space. It
was 8:30 and the place was packed. We ordered an appetizer to share,
and then our real waiter showed up and said we should order the entire
meal together or his boss would be angry. Hmmm. So we said we'd like
to share a risotto, and then an entree. We asked that the appetizer
come first, then the risotto and then the entree. Well, the waiter
responded that would mean trouble with his boss, and they were very busy
and things might be better if he put the risotto with the entree on the
same plate.
We said we were really not in a hurry
and that we'd prefer separate courses. Then he said, "well, you're not
going to still be here at 3 AM I hope." Maybe this was banter, but his
manner was mild, and perhaps we were missing the humor. They complied
with our request and things improved when the risotto came, the porcini
risotto was fabulous. One of the owners came over and my husband told
him that he was feeling "space dePrivéd" which the owner said he was
going to use as a phrase. He cajoled us and things ended up being
fairly good. We decided to forego coffee and dessert as we didn't want
to stay until 3 AM. By this time, the waiter was being courteous and
said that the big party had arrived and things were calming down and
didn't we want dessert or after-dinner drinks. I don't think so.
So I'd say, the food is pretty good,
but let's hope you're not there when a big party shows up unexpectedly
or you might not be treated like you'd expect. |

- great Italian cuisine, excellent service, fabulous wine list and
delicious desserts. It is pricey, but worth it. The only downside is

have been going to Grazie's since they were located in Pinecrest. It is
my absolute favorite restaurant in Miami. The food and service are
excellent, and the owner's are very attentive and always make you feel
as part of the family. My only problem with the current Beach location
is now Grazie's is a 35 minute drive as opposed to a 15 minute one.
That's okay the trip is well worth it! |

is my favorite restaurant in Miami Beach. Actually, I think it is my
favorite restaurant anywhere. The service is second to none. The staff
greets you as though you are one of the family. The owners will walk
around and talk to the patrons ensuring that your experience is
excellent. A favorite feature of mine is the singing of the staff when
stirring your pasta. You'll come back over and over once you have
sampled their sumptuous cuisine and
tantalizing top quality service. |
