Garlic laden
local fresh fish is the mainstay of this neighborhood seafood eatery and bar. Seafood
pasta da friavolo for two is a must-try. Shrimp scampi is outta this world. The enormous
gay orgy-of-the-gods mural hasn’t offended anyone yet, and this easygoing joint is
actually popular with local boys and girls, breeders or otherwise.
The price is
always right, and the laid-back service is both efficient and proficient. An enormous bar
which spans the entire length of the restaurant always dons more than a couple of couples
who opted to share their dinner conversations with a gregarious bartender. The clamorous
noise level can be deafening, but it’s nice to find a beach enclave where it
doesn’t matter who you know, what your financial profile looks like, or if the
dock-siders you bought in ’82 really are "out".

food and service. The fish (particularly mahi mahi) is the best on the
beach. I've revisited this restaurant several times and always had a
great experience. Just wish they took reservations! |

husband and I stayed in South Beach for 9 days of our honeymoon last
June, we ate at the Grill Fish 6 of those days. We loved it!!! A++++
Everything! We are planning a trip back to South Beach just to eat

Review: We
had GrillFish delivered to our hotel room
several times during our last visit and overall it
was great. Only once did they mess-up our order. The Steamed Clams in
Garlic & Wine became Spicy Clams in Garlic Tomato, but even that was
good. Tried the Wahoo and also the Swordfish, both were outstanding. |
