Novocento
Cuisine at Novecento Miami is a refined co-existence of Argentine, Mediterranean and Pan Latin heightened by French techniques and in depth attention to presentation – perhaps best called Nuevo Bistro. Chef Medici from Uruguay created a cuisine all his own at Novecento New York and has now brought it to Miami. His style reflects the Italian Mediterranean influences so prevalent in Rio de la Plata area (where Uruguay and Argentina meet), and Pan Latin influences including yucca, coconut and tropical fruit that are an integral part of the Miami food culture. The cuisine is not a fusion; rather each style is separate and is a pure reflection of its heritage. A full Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays. Lunch is served daily and includes lighter fare such as sandwiches, salads, pastas, hamburgers and specials of the day. Dinner runs the gamut from light to gourmet.
