A virtuous Italian pizzeria and more, Spris offers as much in terms of pleasant alfresco
dining as it does fantastic wood-fired pizzas and creative panini. Baby sister of TiramesU
on Lincoln Road, Spris is the more attractive sibling with as much personality and a
little more substance.
Smoked salmon crostini with warm Brie is flawlessly salty, creamy,
delicate and crispy. Cured beef carpaccio is ruby red beneath a salad of Parmesan, fresh
oranges and arugula. This Lincoln Road stand-by is perpetually packed for lunch, dinner
and beyond. Insomniacs rejoice. Spris doors stay open till 1am on
Fridays and Saturdays.
Review: My
husband and I live in Miami and this is one of the only restaurants we
continue to go back to. There are so many places to choose from but we
have never been disappointed with Spris. The pizza's are so good and a
great value. I recommend Spis to any Pizza lovers.
