and Brazilian sausage the friendly gauchos bring to the table sizzling
from the grill. Turn the indicator disc to red and the service stops
until you are ready for another tasty round. Pair your dinner with an
extensive list of regional wines or do as the natives do and order up a
potent caipirinha cocktail that's similar to a Cuban mojito or a Mexican
margarita except this one gets its firepower from cachaça sugar cane
rum. A variety of Latin sweets and espresso is also available for
dessert, but few guests will find they have room for anything more than
