Vix at the Hotel Victor
1144 Ocean Drive
Miami Beach, FL 33139

Ocean Drive's ultra-luxurious Hotel Victor gave Paris-based decorator Jacques Garcia his North American hotel debut. The hotel's Passage Bar, VIP lounge and decadent V Bar are some of the most glamorous watering holes in the city. The scene pulses at night with ambient music, sexy lighting and one of the sexiest Pan-Asian restaurants - Vix. Chef James Wierzelewski's globally influenced menu features pan-seared scallops so delicate, they almost distract you from the jellyfish dancing in the aquarium!

From the strands of glass beads replicating underwater bubbles to the handcrafted sconces, the details at Vix are as impressive as the cooking. With a nod to Asia, the Middle East, the Mediterranean and Latin America, the menu offers delicious Thai-baked shrimp, Chinese style noodles and Moroccan spiced lamb. Snuggle with your significant other in a cozy banquette or belly up to the bar to watch the kitchen staff put the Iron Chefs to shame.

Vix has one of the most expensive cigar menus in the world, with a 1937 La Corona cigar costing $1,000 which comes accompanied by a complimentary bottle of Prohibition-era whiskey.

If you can tear yourself away from the vistas of the pool deck, a night at Vix takes your taste buds around the world and then gently returns you to the sexy center of South Beach. Simply put - Vix Clicks!

Review:  We tried Vix before we went to their Thursday night cocktail party and it was just wonderful. Great food, great service, and a fabulous party afterwards up on the roof.
