You’ll have a hard time not falling in love with
the classy vintage aura that embodies the airy, spacious store; the
whimsical, beachy decorations, the flowy, vintage-style clothes,
shoes, bags, accessories, home décor and even the stylish employees.
No doubt you’ll find the trendiest, classiest vintage-type styles –
but you’ll pay dearly for some of them too.
Sporadic sales might yield prices as low as $20
or $30, but the majority of the charming retail paradise features
items between $40 to $300 or more. It’s hard to resist the looks of
antique-style home décor pieces, which range from $16 for an antique
floral wall hook to around $1,800 for a European-style bed frame
replicating Spanish ironwork. Despite the frequent high markup,
reasonable prices are not always scarce – plus, the soothing
ambiance is a worthy solace from the heat. |
